Here we go bump bumping our way along 20 kms of dirt road - Kings Tableland Road - the perfect place for us to be looking for the King of bush flowers. Come let's go find him.
The road says come and follow me to a wonderland. Would the flower be a Waratah? I've been away for a few days to Tamborine. It was beautiful up there.

Wait and see ... there are lots of flowers to see before we find the King. Tamborine is lovely, I think rain forests anywhere are great.
I like these sorts of roads and pathways.
Sounds very adventurous. What a dry landscape — when viewed from wet, foggy central Europe.
Well, I thought Waratah too Diane. But why King ... why not Queen.
Better go along to find out, I guess ... *grin* ...
Because there is a queen as well as a king ... wait and see.
And because we are Kings Tableland not Queens Tableland.
