Hat Hill Road 1 of 7 - A road that beckons May 01, 2013 We were in Blackheath to follow our next road that beckons ... in this case Hat Hill Road. At the top of the road where it intersects with the highway there is the Blackheath gardens. Here we found the only 'hats' on this adventure.
