This is Mary Street which goes down from the top of the hill where the water reservoir sits and leads back towards home. The top right hand corner shows a glimpse of the highway.
It is only when I start walking I realise how up-and-down the neighbourhood is.
Its good for you, hilly walks. We have them here too.
ReplyDeleteI am not keen on things that are "good for me".
DeleteI like those red roofs poking through the green!
ReplyDeleteRed corrugated iron sheeting is common for roofing here as is CI in general among older mountain homes. In Sydney it is all red roof tiles.
DeleteStorm water must hurtle down that road.
ReplyDeleteI don't know ... unlike in Queensland where the rain is warm here in the mountains is makes me cold so I rarely go "walking in the rain."
