Spying winter

One of the winter delights in the forest are the bright cheery wattles, there are several varieties in flower right now.

  1. Wow. Must be warmer down your way. Not a single wattle in flower here yet (although a few are budding up).

    1. Different varieties do their thing at different times. Here in the mountains there are winter flowering varieties. Out at Clanulla it will be several more weeks before we see the type that grows out there flower.
