Theme Day: Pedestrians Crossing

Walkway across the top of Wentworth Falls

The Blue Mountains are all about bush walking.  This is one of the heavily used and hence highly maintained tracks.  The fence is protecting people from the huge drop of the waterfall, a small slip on those rocks and you'd be gone over the edge.

  3. Terrific interpretation!

(I know the railing has been placed there for safety reasons, but somehow that dark colour is very intrusive on the scene. I wonder why they did not camoflague the railing better?)

    1. Mark, I think the railing is actually a dark green which does blend in quite well. And frankly if you were there you would not notice the railing .... the view from those steps across the top of the waterfall is breathtaking.
