Over the next few day’s I will share some of the views seen on a recent drive through the Megalong Valley, one of the best driving excursions to be had in the Blue Mountains. A winding road descends from Shipley Plateau through lush rain forest before opening up to grassy farmland bordered by the tall mountain cliffs. Megalong is an Aboriginal word thought to mean ‘valley below the cliffs’
