The first owner was Miss Chrystal, there was another who briefly owned it between Dr Little and the Marie MacCrae, I don't know whether all the family was dependent on Marie but I do know she had a 'companion' that lived with her which is a 1920s euphemism. She clearly marched to her own tune.Joan Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16358008925558240778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309600443039408689.post-39435001448422567192011-02-16T00:28:05.385+11:002011-02-16T00:28:05.385+11:00I love old photos!I love old photos!joohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09157508274122128501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309600443039408689.post-51011763387349634582011-02-15T16:40:09.846+11:002011-02-15T16:40:09.846+11:00That sounds unusual for a young unmarried woman to...That sounds unusual for a young unmarried woman to own her own home in the 20's, doesn't it?<br />Especially, to have the rest of the family dependent on her.freefallinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08863000229609701796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309600443039408689.post-6321279678280628602011-02-15T15:57:44.062+11:002011-02-15T15:57:44.062+11:00This is a Blue Mountains version of 'my place&...This is a Blue Mountains version of 'my place'.
